How It Works

1. Place Your Custom Boot Order

   Your custom journey begins when you place your order and complete your measurement and design details through our online form.

   This gives us the information we need to start understanding your vision, your fit, and the direction for your one-of-a-kind boots.

2. Add Your Measurements & Design Details

   During the order process, you’ll be guided through everything we need, including:

   • Your key boot measurements
   • Preferred boot height, toe shape, heel style and fit
   • Colours, fabrics, stitching and finish ideas
   • Any design direction, inspiration or references
   • Images, sketches or examples of styles you love

   Don’t worry if you don’t have every detail figured out yet. Whether you have a clear vision or just a starting point, we’ll help shape it into something exceptional.

   To help us keep your custom design process clear, focused and moving forward, we kindly ask that all key ideas, inspiration images, colours and references are provided through your order form where possible.

   We are always happy to help by email once your order has been received, and we may contact you if we need to clarify any details. However, design communication by email is kept limited and focused to avoid delays, confusion or scattered design notes.

   Where possible, we ask that feedback and changes are sent clearly in one message rather than across multiple separate emails. This helps us spend more time creating your boots and keeps your custom order moving smoothly.

3. Design References, AI Images & Colour Matching

   All AI images, inspiration photos and design references provided are used as a guide to help us understand the overall look, feel and direction of your custom boots.

   Because every pair is made using real leather and natural materials, colours, textures and finishes can vary slightly. Leather is not a flat printed surface, so tones may change depending on the hide, lighting, finish and availability of materials.

   We will always do our very best to match your chosen colours and design direction as closely as possible, and we will show you the closest available leather, material and colour options before production. However, exact colour matching from online images, AI-generated images or screen references cannot be guaranteed.

   These natural variations are part of what makes each custom pair unique, personal and truly one of a kind.

4. We Review Your Custom Brief

   Once your order is received, our team will carefully review your measurements, design notes and inspiration.

   You’ll then receive a personal welcome email confirming we have everything and outlining the next steps in your custom boot journey.

   If we need anything clarified, we’ll reach out directly so everything is clear before your visual concept is created.

5. We Create Your Visual Concept

   Using your measurements, ideas and inspiration, we’ll create a detailed visual concept for your boots.

   This gives you a clear idea of how your custom pair will look before they move into production.

6. Refine & Perfect

   We’ll work with you to refine the design and make any adjustments needed.

   To keep the process smooth, we ask that any design feedback is sent clearly and in one place, rather than across multiple separate emails. This helps us understand your requested changes properly and keeps your custom boots moving forward.

   Nothing moves forward until the details feel right and you are completely happy with the final direction.

7. Final Review — 30-Minute Video Call

   Before production begins, we’ll arrange a personalised 30-minute video call to:

   • Walk through your final design
   • Confirm your measurements
   • Review every detail together
   • Make sure your boots are exactly how you want them

   This is where everything is locked in with clarity and confidence.

8. We Build Your Boots

   Once approved, your boots move into production.

   Each pair is custom made to order and crafted with precision, care and attention to detail.

   Because your boots are made specifically for you, production generally takes approximately 4–8 weeks from final approval.

   We’ll keep you updated throughout the process and let you know once your boots are ready.
